Treatment
Treatment of heartwater, tick-borne gall sickness (anaplasmosis), pneumonia, footrot, joint-ill,
navel-ill and joint-ill in cattle, sheep and goats and pneumonia and footrot in pigs.

Dosage
Use only as directed

Inject only intramuscularly. All long-acting Tetracycline solutions cause tissue reaction. In order to
limit the effect of this reaction the following steps must be followed:
– in cattle and mature pigs use 17 g x 60 mm hypodermic needle
– for sheep and young pigs use 18 g x 40 mm hypodermic needle
– inject only into the neck muscles as illustrated
– if the total volume exceeds 10 ml divide the dose and inject into both sides of neck
Keep out of reach of children, uninformed persons and animals. Although this remedy has been
extensively tested under a large variety of conditions, failure thereof may ensue as a result of
a wide range of reasons. If this is suspected, seek veterinary advice and notify the Reg.istration
holder

Oxytetracycline HCL 15% m/v

Packaging
Store in a cool and dark place, below 25 °C. Some darkening of the solution may occur without
affecting potency.
